Attendance and Punctuality Policy

ParkWest Staffing bases its business on our ability to match dependable qualified associates to our valued clients needs. In order for us to serve both you and our client companies, we have initiated an Employee Agreement.

ParkWest Staffing requires good attendance while you are on assignment. Unsatisfactory situations include:

  • Tardiness
  • Leaving work early
  • Absences
  • No shows
  • Extended breaks and lunches

The following are our procedures to prevent any misunderstandings:

  1. If you cannot accept the conditions (hours, pay, location, length of assignment, etc.) of an assignment being offered to you, please do not accept the assignment.
  2. Upon committing to an assignment, the following conditions must be adhered to for the continued employment:

A. If an assignment cannot be completed, a 48-hour working notice must be given to your ParkWest Staffing Representative in person or over the phone. This will allow us adequate time to line up a replacement for you.

B. You must obtain prior permission from your ParkWest Staffing supervisor to leave an assignment early, to arrive late, or to take an extended lunch break.

C. Your ParkWest Staffing Representative must be notified of any pre-scheduled job interviews, appointments or vacation days prior to accepting any job assignment.

Failure to adhere to any of these procedures would be grounds for termination with ParkWest Staffing. We appreciate your cooperation with these conditions, and we look forward to a long and productive relationship with you as we assist you in meeting your employment objectives.
